Customer Engagement Beyond COVID-19
Join our Executive Working Group for a peer-to-peer discussion exploring how COVID-19 has impacted utility customer programs, and discuss what customers expect from their utilities when it comes to smart technology as we move into the ‘new normal’. We’ll take a look at early findings from an ongoing SECC market research study examining customer perceptions and attitudes about products, programs, and services that leverage smart technologies. We’ll also have the opportunity to review utility customer video interviews and other qualitative research not yet publicly available. As a group, we’ll discuss what these findings mean for utility customer programs, communications, and experiences through COVID-19 and beyond.
