Optimizing Rate Education and Adoption through Personalization

As many utilities have experienced, getting and keeping customers on new rate programs is not easy. Most customers aren’t used to thinking about their rate or adjusting their behavior to get the most out of it.
Uplight’s recent customer research has shown that by using personalized insights, utilities can help customers visualize the impact to their bill and help the customer build smart energy habits to better manage their bills under their new TOU rate.

Join other rate managers to discuss where you are at with your utility rate program(s), and the successes and opportunities that come with that. What gaps are you seeing in your own TOU rate design? How are you currently marketing your TOU rate programs? What is the most common feedback/dissatisfactions from customers currently enrolled in these programs? Through open discussion, you will take learnings from your peers and insight from Uplight’s user research to guide you through your own rate program’s customer education and retention.
